The annual Sikeston American Legion Cotton Carnival parade brings in hundreds of participants and even more to line the streets to watch the annual event, which includes floats, bands, politicians, clowns, and, this year, the Budweiser Clydesdales. And, despite concerns, there was still plenty of candy for the kids.
