Hey, Mike. Maybe you can help me. I called the Southeast Missourian to put an article in, but I guess they didn't want to step on anyone's toes. The topic is the Diversion Channel Bridge. How long is it going to take to finish this thing? Who is doing this? The course of the river will change before this project is finished. Has this company ever built a bridge before? Apparently not...
