SIKESTON - A Sikeston man was arrested Thursday by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety on child abuse charges. According to DPS Director Drew Juden, Brandon L. Wheatley, 21, admitted to a 5-month-old child being injured while in his care, "but he told nine different stories of how the incident occurred." Juden said none of these were consistent with the injuries the child sustained...
