CARUTHERSVILLE - A Hayti man is in custody after leading law enforcement officials in a chase through Pemiscot County. A 1:45 a.m. Sunday, Caruthersville Police were advised of a vehicle pursuit through the city by a Missouri State Highway Patrol and Pemiscot County Sheriff deputies.
