Investigation leads to a second arrest (09/07/07)
EAST PRAIRIE - An ongoing drug investigation has led officers from Scott County into Mississippi County. The SEMO Drug Task Force reported Billie James Martin, also known as "Bear," is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
