I would like to speakout about bullies in our school systems. A Middle School south of Sikeston has got an abundant amount of bullies. The teachers turn their backs when they are scuffling, hitting each other, calling names. Why are teachers getting paid if not to run a calm classroom? How can a child concentrate on learning when someone is hitting him on the back, slapping him in the back of the head or calling him names? I know the teachers know about this. ...
