SIKESTON -- A Sikeston man was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred around 4:16 p.m., at the intersection Route Y and Route BB, according to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety. Upon arrival, officers found vehicles involved near the intersection with severe impact damage.
