Police arrest four

CARUTHERSVILLE -- Four individuals were arrested as a result of a joint investigation between the Caruthersville Police Department and Bootheel Drug Task Force, with two to be arraigned today. The four arrests, made at two separate locations in Caruthersville, were made around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
