SIKESTON -- The flurry of activity at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo grounds isn't centered on the annual rodeo just yet. SPRINGFIELD -- The Sikeston golf team improved by seven strokes on the second day of the Class 3 State Championship at Rivercut Golf Club in Springfield on Tuesday, giving the Bulldogs a seventh place finish.
