sports@standard-democrat.com SIKESTON -- After a slow start that saw the Sikeston Junior Legion start off with a 1-4 record, a full roster saw Post 114 Ladies Auxiliary earn two wins last week. On June 4, Sikeston defeated Poplar Bluff 10-0 behind a one-hit, nine strike out five inning performance from starter Jacob Clark.
