One injured in plant explosion (06/17/12)
HAYTI -- A Pemiscot County man received minor burns Friday following an explosion at a biodiesel plant near Hayti. About 8:15 a.m. Friday, the Hayti Fire Department was dispatched to Natural Biodiesel Plant on State Highway J in rural Pemiscot County after the Pemiscot County Sheriff's office received a 911 call of an explosion there. The caller said a small fire had been contained at the plant, and one person was injured, according to the incident report from the sheriff's office...
