SIKESTON - A Sikeston man now faces a charge of involuntary manslaughter for a fatal motor vehicle accident. Mark Lee Jobe, 47, was charged Monday with first degree involuntary manslaughter and failure to obey a traffic control device. Jobe had a blood alcohol count of .18 percent or more, according to the charges filed by the Scott County Prosecuting Attorney's office. ...
