Cape doctor arrested on federal charges

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A Cape Girardeau physician was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of mail fraud and passing fake money orders and checks. Byron Cornelius Glenn, 57, of Cape Girardeau is charged in a five-count indictment with three felony counts of passing a fictitious instrument with intent to defraud, one felony count of making a fictitious instrument with intent to defraud and one felony count of mail fraud, according to a news release from the United States Attorney's Office Eastern District of Missouri.. ...
