BENTON - A Kelso man is in custody on charges of molesting a 6-year-old child. Justin A. Williams, 22, was charged Tuesday with statutory rape and child molestation. The Sikeston Public Library will be closed on Thursdays until the end of May to allow the staff to re-barcode the collection in preparation for joining the Missouri Evergreen circulation system in mid-June.
