Fifth person arrested, charged in murder of Hayti man

HAYTI -- A fifth person was arrested late Friday and now faces first-degree murder charges in connection with the September murder of a Hayti man. Heather Cummings, 26, of Boonville was arrested Friday night on a warrant from Pemiscot County charging her with the first-degree murder of David L.
