State uses death penalty appropriately

Missouri may next week arrive at a point of distinction but depending on your viewpoint, that distinction will either reflect favorably or unfavorably on the state. If convicted killer Michael Roberts is executed as scheduled next week, Missouri would rise to third among all states in the number of executions since the death penalty was reinstated here in 1989.
