ORAN - Virginia Segers is not a typical 79-year-old woman. Sure, she has the usual interests of a person her age, and she's certainly not the first to raise six children. What makes her stand out above the rest is the fact that she is also the mother of 28 foster children and gladly welcomes more. "I feel like as long as you have something to do to take your minds off your aches and pains, you'll be fine," she said.
