DEXTER - Heather Parker is the mother of her second child, first son, born at 8:19 a.m. Jan. 28, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Owen Kyle Leija weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Grandparents are Sherry and Randy Owens.
