DEXTER - Betty Burnett Grubbs, 42, died Jan. 28, 2004, at her home.
Born March 18, 1961, in Yuma, Ariz., daughter of David A. and Gean Smith Burnett of Dexter, she was a member of Sweet Prospect General Baptist Church in Dexter. She owned and operated The Home Shoppe in Dexter.
Her husband, Keith Grubbs, survives of the home.
Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are: two sons, Bradley Eugene Gott and Aaron Michael Gott of Dexter; one daughter, Jeanie Nicole Gott of Dexter; one stepson, Keith Grubbs Jr. of Dexter; one stepdaughter, Kendra Grubbs of Mount Pleasant, Texas; three brothers, David Allen Burnett of Farmington and Bobby Burnett and Gary Burnett of Dexter; and one sister, Sharon Henderson of Manila, Ark.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Dean Williams will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
