DIEHLSTADT - Mary-Jo Regina Duty, 58, died at 11:15 p.m. April 13, 2004, at her home.
Born March 20, 1946, in East St. Louis, Ill., daughter of the late Robert L. and Evelyn R. Herzog Weeks, she was a bank cashier and member of the Diehlstadt General Baptist Church. She was a former resident of Poplar Bluff, Dexter and Bertrand.
On Nov. 6, 1993, in St. Louis, she married David G. Duty who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence Gene and Cindy Verble Jr. and Robert and Tina Verble of St. Louis; two brothers, Robert L. Weeks of Dupo, Ill., and John L. Weeks of Kentucky; and three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
One sister preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. Friday until service time at 12:30 p.m. at Blanchard Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Mark Odle, pastor of the Diehlstadt General Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
