CAPE GIRARDEAU - Pearl Jackson, 84, died March 11, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
Born Dec. 16, 1919, in Greenbrier, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Dorothy Swick Cato.
On Dec. 21, 1938, at Marble Hill, she married Leland "Jack" Jackson who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Dana Jackson of Medora, Ill., and Kim Jackson of Jackson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Oren Cummins and Sherry and Albert Brown of Bethalto, Ill.; three brothers, Leroy Cato of Puxico, Bill Cato of Dexter and Hubert Cato of Troy; two sisters, Lora Wiseman of Advance and Kathryn Brown of Sedgewickville; and 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Jarel Jackson; and four brothers, Paul Cato, J.T. Cato, Harold Cato and Ronald Cato.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. James Johns will officiate.
Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park in Marble Hill.
