SIKESTON - The Sikeston Board of Education Tuesday sold bonds for the new middle school to a syndicate headed by Centerre Bank National Association of St. Louis with an average interest rate of 9.458897 percent. Ceterre's bid included a new interest cost of $3,636,946. Sealed bids were open from five bonding firms with interest rates ranging from 9.45 to 9.8 percent.
