CHAFFEE - Anthony Joseph Glueck, 49, died May 5, 2004, of injuries sustained in a traffic accident.
Born May 19, 1954, in Cape Girardeau, son of the late Joseph August and Marie Ida Menz Glueck, he was a farmer with Essner Farms in New Hamburg. A member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and St. Joseph Sodality in New Hamburg, he was also a member of Knights of Columbus Council 6420 in Scott City.
Survivors include: three daughters, Jessica Glueck, Ashley Glueck and Amber Glueck of Chaffee; four brothers, Franklin Glueck of New Hamburg, Paul Glueck of Kelso, Bill Glueck of Jackson and Steve Glueck of Scott City; two sisters, Pat Arnzen of Jackson and Kathy Lange of Kelso; and one grandchild.
One brother preceded him in death.
Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where parish prayers at 6:30 p.m. will be followed with Knights of Columbus prayers at 6:45 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with the Rev. Normand Varone officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Tim Essner, Andrew Essner, Dustin Essner, Scott Arnzen, Norman Kluesner and Randy Kern.
