SIKESTON -- Melvin and Joan Moss have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jill, to Jeff Hall, son of Jeff Hall of New Madrid and Leslie and Paul Gillean of Sikeston.

A 1999 graduate of Sikeston Senior High School, the future bride is a 2003 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. She works as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

The prospective bridegroom is also a 1999 graduate of Sikeston Senior High School and currently attends Columbia College in Columbia. He is employed by Kroger Co. in Columbia.

Plans are being finalized for a May 29 wedding.
