Jo Ann Sadler

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Jo Ann Sadler, 72, died April 27, 2004, at Life Care Center.

Born July 12, 1931, in Advance, daughter of the late Clarence and Sadie Gibbs May, she graduated in 1950 from Advance High School and was of the Baptist belief.

On Feb. 23, 1952, at Piggott, Ark., she married James Sadler who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Dr. Kent Sadler of San Antonio; one brother, Charles "Stubby" May of Advance; two sisters, Blondel Bowers of Mexia, Texas, and Charlotte Lanpher of Advance; and three grandchildren.

Three sisters preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Thursday until service time at 11 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Home. Sam Ramdial will officiate.

Burial will follow in Morgan Memorial Park.
