Edna Barnes

ST. LOUIS - Edna Barnes, formerly of Charleston, died Aug. 17, 2004, at St. Louis University Hospital.

Survivors include: one son, Marvin Barnes of St. Paul, Minn.; three daughters, Joyce Horn, Luberta Barnes and Debra Whitlock of St. Louis; three brothers, A.C. Cleaves of Cairo, Ill., and Joe Cleaves and Billy Cleaves of St. Louis; and six grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 5 p.m. today at the Morning Star Baptist Church in St. Louis.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.

Williams Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
