Residents mark 68th anniversary

BERTRAND -- Friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. John Albert Peters Sr. of Bertrand gathered Oct. 19 to honor the couple with a 68th anniversary celebration.

The parents of 12 children have 26 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
