CAPE GIRARDEAU -- William Earl "Bill" Sparks, 78, formerly of Sikeston, died at 9:15 a.m. Sept. 27, 2004, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
Arrangements are incomplete at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.
