DEXTER - Mary Maxine Pippins, 77, died Aug. 28, 2001, at Missouri Southern Healthcare.
Born Sept. 2, 1923, at Auvergne, Ark., daughter of the late Arthur and Jessie May Foushee, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter and had been a bookkeeper for the MFA Oil Company in Dexter.
On June 29, 1946, in Piggott, Ark., she married Glen Pippins who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Terry Wilson and Lisa and Tim Burnett of Dexter; two brothers, C.J. Foushee of Bloomfield and Keith Foushee of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Kathryn Foster of Mayfield, Ky., and Louise LaRue of Eldorado, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, J.B. Foushee; and one grandchild, Erica Drew Wilson.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Wayne Dismuke, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
