McDonald posts first win

SIKESTON - Here are the Aug. 25 results from the Sikeston Drag Strip.

SUPER PRO

Clyde McDonald, of Cape Girardeau, captured his first Super Pro win of the season. He ran 6.33 on a 6.32 dial at 107 m.p.h. His reaction time was .522. Mike Buckley took second place. Buckley ran 5.88 on a 5.87 dial at 118 m.p.h. His reaction time was .519.

PRO CLASS

Jerome Overstreet posted his first Super Pro win of the season with a 8.41 dial. He ran 8.45 at 81 m.p.h. His reaction time was .555. Second place went to Mike Dean of Malden. Dean ran 6.72 on a 6.70 dial at 103 m.p.h. His reaction time was .595.

E.T. CLASS

Tre Hammontree once again won the E.T. Class. With a 7.77 dial, he ran 7.80 at 83 m.p.h. His reaction time was .572. Heath Grassham took second with a 8.66 dial. he ran 8.74 at 77 m.p.h. His reaction time was .593.
