Mrs. Taylor is the daughter of James and Charolyn Manley of Lilbourn, Mo., and is an education coordinator for CAPCA.

Taylor, son of Bill and Carolyn Taylor of Lilbourn, is a professor at the University of Central Arkansas, where he teaches physical therapy.

Maternal great-grandmother is Odessia Allred of Lilbourn.

SIKESTON - Chad and Crystal Faire are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 8:38 a.m. Oct. 15, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. Andrew Allen Faire weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19-inches long.

Mrs. Faire is the daughter of Allen and LaDonna Small.

SIKESTON - Joe and Melanie Louise Arredondo are the parents of their first child, a daughter, born at 12:08 p.m. Oct. 17, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Analiese Ysabel Arredondo weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/2-inches long.

The former Melanie Green, Mrs. Arredondo is a student and daughter of Rick and Lois Green of Sikeston.

Arredondo, son of Maria Juana Arredondo of Clovis, N.M., and Justo DeLuna of Edinburg, Texas, is employed by O'Reilly Auto Parts.

SCOTT CITY - Aaron L. and Sarah J. Foote are the parents of their second daughter, born at 2:04 p.m. Oct. 20, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Mia Rose Foote weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces and was 18 3/4-inches long.

The former Sarah Moore, Mrs. Foote is the daughter of Karen and Art Turner of Columbus, Ind. She is a registered nurse in the Southeast Missouri Hospital Emergency Room.
