Donald Choate

WINCHESTER, Tenn. - Donald Robert Choate, 53, formerly of Southeast Missouri, died Aug. 6, 2004, at his home.

Born May 25, 1951, in St. Louis, son of Maxine Newby Choate of Aiken, S.C., and the late Robert W. Choate, he was an inventory control manager for Federal Mogul in St. Louis. He was a member of the Missouri Army National Guard and Winchester First Baptist Church.

His wife, Colleen Kegg Choate, survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: two daughters, Laurie Choate and Angela Choate of Winchester, Tenn.; one sister, Kay Leach of Aiken; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted Sunday at the Winchester First Baptist Church with the Rev. Darrell Williams officiating.

Burial followed in Franklin Memorial Gardens at Winchester.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home of Winchester was in charge of arrangements.
