MOSCOW MILLS - Albert Masters, 84, formerly of East Prairie, died at 5:46 p.m. April 8, 2002, at Lincoln County Memorial Hospital in Troy.
Arrangements are incomplete at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
