BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Glenna Edna Bridges, 83, formerly of Dexter, Mo., died Dec. 26, 2003, at the Lakeshore Wedgewood Nursing Center at Nashville.
Born May 23, 1920, at Success, Ark., daughter of the late Robert and Lula Tucker, she was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ.
On Feb. 1, 1941, at Ponder, Mo., she married Reval C. Bridges who preceded her in death on July 28, 2000.
Survivors include: one son, Nicholas Bridges of Barrington Hills, Ill.; two daughters, Linda Henderson of Brentwood and Susan Lynn of St. Louis, Mo.; one foster son, John Kemper of St. Louis; and eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Dale Grissom will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Ponder Cemetery near Doniphan, Mo.
