SIKESTON -- Vada Lee Stout, 93, died at 5:35 a.m. May 30, 2002, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Born June 20, 1908, in Jackson, Tenn., daughter of the late William Henry and Josie Goff Pierce, she was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sikeston.
On Nov. 14, 1925, in Tennessee, she married Rollan Stout who preceded her in death on Aug. 14, 1987.
She was also preceded in death by one son, four brothers and six sisters.
Survivors include: two daughters, Virginia Cross and Linda Tillman of Sikeston; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel where services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Lee Fansler, pastor of the Blodgett Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
