The Scott County Victim Advocates conducted a ceremony to commemorate National Crime Victim's Rights Week at the Scott County Courthouse Monday. During the ceremony, a model courtroom was presented to the Scott County Victim Advocate by Carol Marshall, restorative justice specialist.
