Linda James

EAST PRAIRIE - Linda Faye James, 45, died at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 24, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, following an extended illness.

Born Sept. 8, 1959, in Ridgely, Tenn., daughter of Clyde Richard Wallace and Wyvon Marks Wallace of East Prairie, she had been employed as a secretary. She was of the Baptist belief.

She was married to Cletus James who survives of Sikeston.

Other survivors include: two sons, Chris Wallace and Scottie Owens of East Prairie; one brother, Richard Wallace of East Prairie; one grandson, Gavin Wallace of East Prairie; and a special friend Brenda James of Sikeston.

Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday. Dale Billingsley will officiate.

Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
