Ethel Everett
SIKESTON -- Ethel Regina Everett, 71, died Jan. 23, 2005, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 17, 1933, in Light, Ark., daughter of the late Owen and Rachel Ward Everett, she worked as a telephone operator in St. Louis before retiring.
Her husband, Allen Moore Jr., preceded her in death in 1963.
One daughter, Mary Gail Moore; and one great-grandson, Christian Xavier Ward Moore, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two sons, James Moore of Trumann, Ark., and Charles Howard of Bernie; one daughter, Phyllis Moore of Sikeston; two brothers, Donald Brown of Granite City, Ill., and Richard Brown of Staunton, Ill.; two sisters, Sandra Tottleben of Maryville, Ill., and Cheryl McCrea of Glen Carbon, Ill.; and five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. Wednesday until time for services at 2 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
