KENNETT - Betty Cravens Collier, 98, died Nov. 5, 2002, at the Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.
Born Aug. 15, 1904, in Lilbourn, daughter of the late L.B. and Martha Jane Cravens, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Kennett.
Her husband, James A. Collier, preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Flo Collier of Kennett; four grandchildren, Kay Collier and Matthew David Collier of St. Louis, James C. Collier Jr. of Manhattan Beach, Calif., and Michele Dewberry of Minneapolis, Minn.; and four great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two half brothers and one half sister.
Services were conducted Thursday at the First United Methodist Church in Kennett. The Rev. Michael Kelpe officiated.
Burial followed in Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn.
Pallbearers were: Jimmy Collier, Matt Collier, Greg Colwick, Ward Billings, Jimmy Cravens and Jim Colhouer.
McDaniel Funeral Home of Kennett was in charge of arrangements.
