HILLSBORO - Harrison Manley, 73, formerly of Dexter, died Feb. 19, 2003, at the St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre.
Born July 19, 1929, in Sikeston, son of the late Audie Lee and Bernice Mott Manley, he was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Potosi where he worked for the International Shoe Factory before retiring.
On Dec. 30, 1949, at Piggott, Ark., he married Helen Lucille Lape who preceded him in death on March 29, 1989.
Two sisters, Ellen Jomac Duniphan and Nellie Mae Rodgers, also preceded him in death.
He is survived by three sisters, Dorothy Bloomfield Gamble of Nacogdoches, Texas, Judy Daniels of Hillsboro and Rebecca West of Jackson, Tenn.
Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until service time at 11 a.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. John Sheley will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
