The Eagles (4-8) trailed by one after the first quarter but the Patriots were up to extend the lead to eight by halftime.
Massac County pushed the lead to 21 heading into the fourth quarter.
NMCC made a run, getting as close as eight points with four minutes to go but they couldn't get any closer.
"We had to start fouling and they made their foul shots," said NMCC head coach David Fields. "They're tough, they're a good ballclub and they're big."
NMCC will play at SEMO Conference rival Charleston today with junior varsity action starting at 6 p.m.
NMCC was led by Mack Kimble with 20 points and Michael Rose with 16. Vaughn Shepherd added 10 points and Dominique Betts had six points.
