The Lady Hawks outscored Charleston 11-7 in the first quarter, 16-2 in the second, 9-8 in the third, then 16-6 in the fourth.
Kelly Essner led the Lady Hawks with 21 points, followed by Cara Scherer with nine and Dana Essner with eight.
Dre-Elle Mathis paced the Lady Bluejays with nine.
"We are very pleased with the effort," said Kelly head coach Rod McQuerter. "The girls came out and played hard against a very good basketball team."
Kelly (13-4) will host Puxico on Friday night.
