Elva Carrington

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. - Elva F. Carrington, 83, died Feb. 11, 2003, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Born Oct. 9, 1919, in Paragould, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Claude and Maud Agee.

Her husband, Therman Lloyd Carrington, preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one son Gerald L. Carrington of Brownsville; one brother, Ray Agee of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 11 a.m. today at the Brownsville Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Campbell officiating.

Burial followed in Brownsville Memorial Gardens.
