EAST PRAIRIE - Drinking and driving and the consequences - death and injury - were emphasized during a docudrama Friday at East Prairie High School. Sponsored by SADD and the School and Community Drug Free Committee, the event was staged to impress the student body with what could happen on Prom Night. Police, emergency personnel and the coroner made the events realistic.

SIKESTON - Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Max D. Sullivan will offer the invocation at the dedication service of the Sikeston Veterans Park.
