CAPE GIRARDEAU - Justine Michelle Hunt and Daniel Eugene Shackles II exchanged wedding vows in a 4 p.m. ceremony May 25, 2002, at Bethel Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Daniel Ross and the Rev. Stan Hargis performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bill J. Hunt of Perryville and the late Lydia K. Hunt and the bridegroom is the son of Danny Shackles and Elizabeth Shackles of Sikeston.
Music was provided by Faith Parkhurst and Crystal Kaufmann.
Given in marriage by her father, the white bridal gown featured a strapless bodice embellished with seed pearls and the skirt featured appliqued bead work.
Jeanine Simpson of Perryville attended her sister as matron of honor and maid of honor was Maria Unterriener of Perryville. Bridesmaids were Mandi Sturm and Hiliary Sever of Cape Girardeau. Ashlynn Collier of Cape Girardeau was flower girl.
Thomas Lowe of Sikeston was best man and groomsmen were Matt Torbet of Sikeston, Jason Holman of Advance and Chris Shackles of Sikeston, brother of the bridegroom. Serving as ring bearer was Jerome Simpson, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were David Torbet of Cape Girardeau and Rodney Siler of Sikeston and candlelighters were Andrea Stephens and Lori Franklin of Cape Girardeau.
Attending the guest book were Vincent Troncale of Cape Girardeau and Michael Fitzgerald of Urbana, Ill., and program attendants were Taylor and Levi Holman and Alexys and Kyle Iriarte.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson, where guests were served by Lynda Troncale, Kendra Troncale, Tessie Troncale, Laura Fitzgerald, Mike Fitzgerald, Bob Troncale and Tony Troncale.
Following a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, Mr. and Mrs. Shackles are residing in Cape Girardeau.
