SIKESTON -- Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy and Kathy Griswell of Sikeston announce the engagement of their daughter, Teresa Gammons-Miller, to Percy Owens Sr., son of Catherine and Edgar Owens of Charleston.

Plans are being made for a July 28 wedding at First Assembly of God in Charleston, with reception to follow.
