Robert Jones

Born June 5, 1925, in Mississippi, he was the son of the late Anthony and Rosie Jones.

His wife, Q.B. Jones, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: four sons, Robert T. Jones Jr. and Earnest Jones of Ypsilanti, Mich., Arthrue Jones of Detroit, Mich., and Willie Jones of Lilbourn; six daughters, Frenchia Dunlap and Katie Jones of Detroit, JoAnn Bell of Evansville, Ind., Ethel Davis of Marston and Patricia Ann Bobo of Lilbourn and Rosie Jones of Malden; one brother, the Rev. J.T. Jones of Carson, Calif.; three sisters, Anna Lee Burts of Waters Valley, Miss., Lovie Jones of Parma and R.T. Moore of Memphis, Tenn.; and 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Parma Community Center.

Burial will follow in Simmons Park at Catron.
