Barbara Williams

DEXTER -- Barbara Jean Williams, 77, formerly of Granite City, Ill., died Jan. 6, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare.

Born Oct. 12, 1925, in St. Louis, daughter of the late George V. and Pearl Morgan Sheets, she was a member of the Central Christian Church and was a teacher in Granite City before retiring.

One brother preceded her in death.

She is survived by three cousins, David Agey, John Agey and Marilyn Agey of Dexter.

Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 10:30 a.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Vaughn Wright will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
