Grace Horrell

CHAFFEE - Grace Marie Horrell, 79, died at 1:42 p.m. May 27, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Dec. 15, 1923, in East Prairie, she was the daughter of the late William and Rosie Lee Smith Williams.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles E. Pruitt and her second husband, Charles Horrell.

Also preceding her in death were three sons, Charles Pruitt, David Pruitt and Vernon Pruitt; one grandson, Davy Pruitt; and one brother.

Survivors include: two daughters, Frances Schmidt of Hillsboro and Betty Carnell of Dothan, Ala.; five brothers, Luther Smith Jr., Travis Smith and Harold Smith of Sikeston, Truman Smith of Ironton and Leon Smith of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Louise Shaver, Ronnie Shaw and Carol Patterson of Sikeston; three daughters-in-law, Nancy L. Pruitt of Chaffee, Nancy Pruitt of Morley and Sharon Pruitt of Cape Girardeau; and 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Saturday until service time at 11 a.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
