Jessie Cowan, 7, provided the artist's touch to create a scary face for a future jack-o-lantern which will be part of the Halloween decorations greeting trick-or-treaters on Oct. 31 in New Madrid. Jessie's work was indeed scary agreed her friends, Lexie Phillips, right, and Riley Fowler, as they watched the artist at work.
